Conditions of Use
We will gladly order and exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 7 days of pick up or delivery. Customer will be charged additional delivery charges (if applicable) for the replacement merchandise.

Our layaways are good for up to one year. If the layaway is not paid within a year the total amount paid will be lost without a refund or a store credit. Cancellation of a layaway before it is expired is subject to a 25% fee of the total amount paid with the remaining as a store credit only.
Once an order is placed online through the shopping cart with Morrison’s Furniture, our process is to submit an order directly to the manufacturer on your behalf. This typically occurs within a 24-hour period after an order is placed by the customer. Once this step has been completed, Morrison’s Furniture, and thus the customer, become financially obligated to purchase the ordered merchandise from the manufacturer. For this reason, cancellation of an order is subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the purchase price with store credit only. No refunds will be available.

If the merchandise ordered by you is not delivered by the promised delivery date we must offer you the choice of 1) cancelling your order with a prompt full refund of any payments you have made or 2) accepting delivery at a specific later date.

Damages Policy
Although rare, damages during the shipping and manufacturing processes occasionally occur. In order to address any issues promptly please take time to inspect the merchandise you have ordered upon receipt. Any damage goods on delivery will be returned to our store by our delivery crew, and we will process an EXPRESS EXCHANGE ORDER. Although rare, in some cases there is a chance of delay by a manufacturer, we will do our best to exchange damages as fast as we can, but we still depend on manufacturers’ schedules, so Morrison’s Furniture will not be held responsible for any delays caused by manufacturers.

Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that size of the ordered furniture are to their needs. Morrison’s  Furniture will not be held responsible for any order that does not fit through any doors or staircases. Although we try to show the best images for our products, sometimes colors are slightly different than shown online.  Morrison’s Furniture will not be responsible for any color or shade difference shown online. The customer is more than welcome to visit our showroom for viewing of the furniture before ordering (if on display in  our showroom or available in our warehouse).

Pick Up
Morrison’s will contact you after you place your order to schedule your pick up at our store after the merchandise is received. We will gladly order and exchange defective merchandise if returned in the original packing within 7 days after pick up. Morrison’s Furniture will not be held responsible for any order delays caused by manufacturers.
